Shipping Policy

Order processing. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (business days). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; they may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship across the European Union and selected European countries listed at checkout.

Shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping — €2.90 on orders under €50; free on orders of €50 or more.
  • Insured Shipping — €4.90 on orders under €50; €2.90 on orders of €50 or more. Includes full coverage against theft or loss in transit (see Refund Policy).

Incorrect or incomplete addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not able to issue refunds or free replacements for parcels that are not delivered, are returned to sender, or are lost because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to a customer address error, we can re-ship it once the customer covers the new shipping cost.

Customs & duties. For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For any destination outside the EU customs union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided for every order. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
