Shipping Policy
Order processing. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (business days). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping options.
- Standard Shipping — €2.90 on orders under €50; free on orders of €50 or more.
- Insured Shipping — €4.90 on orders under €50; €2.90 on orders of €50 or more. Includes full coverage against theft or loss in transit.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for parcels that are not delivered, are returned to sender, or are lost because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. Parcels returned to us due to a customer address error can be re-shipped once the customer covers the new shipping cost.
Customs & duties. For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties apply.
Tracking. A tracking number is provided for every order. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
