What we collect. Identification and contact data (name, email, shipping/billing address, phone), order and payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers), and technical/usage data (IP address, device, cookies, browsing on trymadera.com).

Why we process it (legal bases under GDPR, Reg. (EU) 2016/679).

• To fulfil your order and contract — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• For marketing emails, analytics and ads — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), where applicable.

Sharing. We share data only with processors who help us operate: Shopify (store & checkout), payment providers, shipping carriers, email/marketing tools, and analytics/advertising platforms (e.g. Meta). These may process data inside or outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention. We keep order data as long as required by law (typically up to 10 years for accounting) and marketing data until you withdraw consent.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@trymadera.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

Cookies. We use essential cookies (to run the store) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your preferences via our cookie banner at any time.
